Each session typically includes a one-on-one consultation where we discuss your progress, address any challenges, and plan for the next steps in your wellness journey. I provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and goal setting, ensuring each session is tailored to your needs.

Each coaching session lasts about 60 minutes. This allows enough time for a thorough discussion of your progress and any adjustments to your personalized plan.

Yes! While my programs are designed to cover a wide range of needs, I understand that everyone is unique. During our initial consultation, we can discuss your specific goals and customize the program to suit your preferences.

The Essential Program is a foundational six-session plan focused on basic health and wellness needs. The Signature Program includes all the features of the Essential Program plus a customized nutrition plan and extends over eight sessions. The Transform Program is the most comprehensive, with twelve sessions, a holistic wellness plan, and additional support to ensure long-term success.

My programs are designed to be flexible and adaptable, making them suitable for most people. Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking to make significant lifestyle changes, there’s a program for you. If you have specific health concerns or conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before starting.

Payment is typically made upfront for the package selected. If you need a more flexible payment plan, please let me know, and we can discuss options

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, ensuring you receive the same personalized attention and support as you would in person.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate other clients and offer you a rescheduled session at a convenient time.

Between sessions, I’m available via email, WhatsApp, or phone call  to answer any questions or provide additional support as needed. For those in the Transform Program, you also receive unlimited communication support and two weeks of maintenance support to help you stay on track.
